The floor boards are a genius addition — my four-year-old finally built a ramp that didn't collapse halfway down. The quad blocks are chunkier than standard units, so her towers actually get some height before gravity wins.
My kids have been building with these for hours and the quad blocks are the surprise favorite, way sturdier than the plain rectangles. The floor boards are a nice touch too, they keep the towers from tipping over on the rug.
The quad blocks and floor boards add so much variety to what my kids can build, and the 132 pieces mean two of them can actually play at once without fighting over blocks. Everything feels solid and fits together exactly like it should, which makes me happy as a parent watching real STEM play happen
