Introduce young builders to organic construction and social emotional expression with the curved shapes of toddler STEM toy Grippies® Curves. Inspired by shapes found in nature, the colorful curved rods with secure magnetic ends encourage magnetic and tactile exploration through patterning and 3D construction. With cute faces on the over-molded metal ball connectors, toddlers can create expressive characters or expand their builds. The tactile, soft touch pieces make Grippies Curves easy to hold as young children practice their dramatic narrative and building skills. To care for Grippies, simply wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap and allow to air dry completely before continued use. To prevent damage, do not completely submerge in water or put any Grippies pieces in a dishwasher or washing machine unit. Available in 20 or 30 piece sets Age:18 months+

Alexander ★★★★★

My two-year-old figured out how to stack these into a little arch on her own within ten minutes. The bumps on the ends snap together just enough to hold, but pull apart easily when she yanks them. Nice that the colors look like something from a garden instead of the usual primary plastic.

The curved pieces are way easier for my 2-year-old to stack than regular blocks, and he'll sit there connecting them into "snakes" for a solid 20 minutes. The magnets hold well but pull apart without much force, which is perfect since he's still learning not to yank things.

The curved pieces lock together smoothly, and I love that they spark conversation about emotions while my kid builds arches and waves. Watching him figure out how to balance the organic shapes has been genuinely fun, and they've held up well to daily tossing around.
