The hutch shelves are the perfect height for my daughter to reach her chapter books on her own, which she loves. Assembly took me about an hour but everything lined up without any wobbling. She's claimed this corner as her little study nook now.

My 7-year-old actually sits down to do her homework now, which I never thought I'd see. The chair is the right height for her little desk, and the whole set fits perfectly against her bedroom wall. Assembly took my husband about an hour, but it was worth it.

The hutch is what sold me—my daughter finally has a spot for her books and little trinkets instead of piling them on the floor. Assembly took me about an hour, but the chair fits her perfectly and she's actually doing her homework there without being asked.
