The blocks are perfectly smooth, no splinters at all. My son spent a whole hour building a tower and then a bridge, really getting into the engineering.

My toddler immediately started stacking these into a little tower, and the smooth, sanded edges made me feel totally comfortable letting him handle them alone. The rubberwood has a nice weight that makes the builds feel sturdy without being too heavy for little hands.

The blocks feel wonderful in hand—that smooth sanded finish is a big win. My daughter’s really taken to mixing shapes for her own little bridges, and I can see her problem-solving kicking in as she figures out what fits where.
