A great addition to the block play family. Smooth hardwood frames with transparent acrylic windows; available with shimmering water, sand or crystal bead interiors. Sized to standard unit block measurements. Eight blocks per package: 4 rectangle and 4 half moon shapes. Features acrylic inner with colored beads. Ages 2+.
My toddler spent a solid 20 minutes shaking the crystal bead block just to watch the tiny beads shift around. The hardwood frame feels solid and the acrylic window hasn't scratched at all, even after a few tumbles off the couch. These fit right in with the rest of our unit blocks too.
The acrylic windows on these are surprisingly clear, and my kid loves watching the crystal beads shift when he tilts them. They stack just like his other unit blocks, so they fit right into what he already builds.
My toddler spends way longer with these than the plain wooden ones, mostly because she keeps tipping them to watch the crystal beads shift around inside. The hardwood frames feel solid and the acrylic windows haven't scratched yet after a few weeks of daily play.
